Q1: Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

A: We are a manufacturer with our own factory. The company integrates dyeing machine manufacturing, processing, sales and export trading.

Q2: What is your address?

A: Our factory is located in airport industrial park, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China. (50mins by train from Shanghai)

Q3: What countries are your products that are mainly exported?

A: Our dyeing machines are sold well throughout the country and exported to Europe, America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and other countries.

Q4: What is your minimum order quantity, can you send me samples?

A: Our minimum quantity is 3 sets, as our products are machinery equipments, it's difficult to send you samples. However, we can send you catalogs, and warmly welcome you to visit our company.

Q5: What is your quality?

A: Quality is the most important factor in the growth of our business. Bosen Industrial Group has innovated proprietary technologies over the years, especially online technology for dyeing machines, fine flow and liquid level control technology, circulating heat exchange technology, online pH value detection, and vector servo frequency conversion communication technology. It has obtained 115 patents and is widely used and trusted by users.

Q6: What is the payment terms?

A: 30% of order value by T/T in advance, 60% of order value by T/T before shipment, 10% of order value by T/T in 6 months.

Q7: What is the delivery time of your dyeing machines?

A: In general, the delivery time of our dyeing machines is about 30 days after payment, customized machine will be delivered as the negotiation with our clients.

Q8: As the shipping period will take a long period of time, how can you make sure that the machines won't be broken?

A: Our machine is film wrapped, to make sure the machine can be delivered to our customer smoothly, we will use the steel wire to fix the machine with the container.

Q9: What about the after-sale services?

A: Without man-made faults, the warranty is 12 months after commissioning, spare parts can be replaced within 6 months since the delivery of the dyeing machines. Engineers are available to provide overseas mechanical services, commissioning and technical support.

Q10: How can i get the after-service?

A: If the problem is caused by us, we will send you spare parts free of charge.
If it is a man-made problem, we will also send spare parts, but it is charged. If you have any questions, you can call us directly.
