The SGR High Temperature Jig Dyeing Machine delivers outstanding performance across a full range, spanning from small - batch units to large - capacity systems. It comes in four primary configurations, with cloth roll diameters measuring φ680mm, φ800mm, φ1000mm and φ1200mm respectively.

Encased in a high - temperature and high - pressure cylinder, this equipment operates at a pressure of 3BAR and can achieve a maximum working temperature of 140℃. Two φ150mm observation windows are installed on the operation side, and a safety switch is fitted for opening the pressure vessel. Equipped with the same extended features as regular room - temperature dyeing machines, it also features a design where condensed water collects at the cylinder bottom and is expelled via an automatic valve.

 

 

Main Components

 

1. Dyeing Vat Body: A sealed container resistant to high temperature and pressure, the core space for dyeing.

2. Yarn Cart Holder (Yarn Rod/Yarn Frame): Used to support the yarn cartons, designed to ensure uniform dye liquor flow.

3. Main Circulation Pump System: Provides powerful and adjustable dye liquor circulation, crucial for even dyeing.

4. Heat Exchanger: Used for rapid heating and precise temperature control, energy-efficient and effective.

5. Addition Tank System: Automated and precise injection of dyes and auxiliaries, ensuring process stability.

6. Filtration System: Filters lint and impurities from the dye liquor, preventing clogging.

7. Central Control System: Typically a PLC or computer touchscreen, used to store, execute, and monitor all dyeing process parameters.

Auxiliary Tanks (Chemical Tank, Water Storage Tank): Used for preparing dyes and supplying water.

 

 

Working Principle

 

The fabric is alternately wound between two main rollers, repeatedly passing through the dye bath in the lower tank. The rollers are driven by a variable frequency motor to maintain a constant linear speed. The sealed rollers enable high-temperature (above 100°C) and high-pressure dyeing, significantly enhancing dye penetration into the synthetic fibers. A circulating pump and heat exchanger work together to maintain uniform dye bath temperature and concentration, ensuring consistent dyeing results across the entire roll of fabric.

7. The drain valve, air vent and cloth discharge cross arm are all controlled by pneumatic systems for high efficiency.
