It offers four primary design variants, characterized by cloth roll diameters of φ680mm, φ800mm, φ1000mm, and φ1200mm. Encased in a robust high-temperature and high-pressure cylindrical vessel, the machine operates at a working pressure of 3BAR and a maximum working temperature of 140℃. On the operational side, two φ150mm observation windows provide clear visibility, while the pressure vessel is equipped with a safety interlock mechanism for secure opening. This model incorporates extended functionalities comparable to those of standard normal-temperature dyeing machines. Condensed water is efficiently collected at the base of the cylinder and discharged through an automated valve system, ensuring seamless workflow and minimal maintenance.
How it works
The hthp jigger dyeing machine operates by repeatedly passing fabric between two main drums and through a dye bath to soak up and absorb the dye. The fabric is transferred from one drum to the next, undergoing multiple cycles to ensure uniform dye penetration into the fabric fibers. This machine is particularly well-suited for processing open-width fabrics, effectively preventing wrinkles during the dyeing process.
