On the operational side, two φ150mm observation windows provide real-time visibility, while a safety interlock system guarantees secure opening of the pressure vessel. The model integrates extended functionalities comparable to normal-temperature dyeing machines, including an external high-efficiency heat exchanger for rapid heating/cooling cycles. A simulated liquid level measurement device in the feed cylinder enables immediate replenishment of dye liquor during process changes, maintaining precise bath ratios. Condensed water is collected at the cylinder base and discharged via an automatic valve, while the inner and outer cylinders auto-separate: the inner cylinder remains fixed, and the outer cylinder travels on dual guide rails via a reducer-driven linear gear mechanism.
