Supporting flexible unidirectional and bidirectional liquid flow switching according to diverse fabric process standards, this professional beam dyeing equipment fully meets the strict high-end dyeing requirements of various high-grade textiles, becoming a reliable core device for high-quality textile finishing factories.

Adopting an integral complete cylinder container structure, the ht beam dyeing machine for nylon fabric machine features stable overall operation, good pressure resistance and long service life. Equipped with a high-efficiency shell-and-tube heat exchanger and specialized warp main pump, it realizes stable inside-to-outside liquid circulation, ensuring full and uniform dye liquor penetration on fabric beams. The equipment supports flexible adaptation of variable cloth winding widths and diameters, covering diversified beam dyeing production demands without frequent equipment adjustment.

This machine delivers industry-standard precise temperature control and stable operating parameters. It features a wide temperature control range of 0℃ to 140℃ and a maximum design pressure of 5.2bar, adapting to all conventional and high-temperature dyeing processes. With dry saturated steam pressure of 7bar, the average heating rate reaches 4.5℃/min (25℃–130℃); under 3bar and 25℃ cooling water condition, the average cooling rate is 3℃/min (130℃–80℃). The stable heating and cooling speed avoids process fluctuations, effectively ensuring consistent batch dyeing quality.

In addition to superior process stability, the GBM beam dyeing machine achieves an excellent ultra-wide low liquid ratio range of 1:3 to 1:6. It greatly reduces water, steam and dye auxiliary consumption compared with traditional beam dyeing machines, realizing high-efficiency, energy-saving and low-cost high-end fabric dyeing. It is the preferred equipment for high-standard beam dyeing of woven fabrics, industrial textiles and high-grade garment fabrics.
