Working principle
Fabrics are loaded into a sealed dyeing chamber. Under controlled high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, the equipment generates high-speed airflow, which carries atomized dye liquid through the chamber and simultaneously moves the fabric in a continuous circuit. The atomized dye particles evenly coat the fabric surface, while the high temperature and pressure promote the penetration of dye molecules deep into the fiber structure.
