This high-efficiency dyeing machine adopts a mature upward-travel type and built-in cloth guide tube structural design, which is more compact, stable and durable compared with traditional external guide tube models. It is specially designed for high-end knitted fabric dyeing, covering an ultra-wide fabric weight range of 50g/m to 800g/m. From ultra-light thin knitted fabrics to heavy thick knit materials, the equipment maintains stable running and excellent coloring effects, meeting diverse production needs for high-grade textile products.

Featuring professional low-pressure and high-flow nozzles, the dyeing system fundamentally reduces fabric running tension during the whole dyeing process. The low-tension operation effectively restrains fabric hairiness and yarn cracking problems common in traditional high-tension dyeing equipment. Meanwhile, the high-flow dye liquor circulation fully promotes fiber swelling and penetration, making dyes combine with fibers more evenly and firmly, greatly improving color saturation, color fastness and overall dyeing finish.

To solve fabric creases, curling and uneven stress problems in batch dyeing, we equip the machine with a dedicated fabric expansion device. During the buffer circulation process, the fabric can achieve proper and continuous expansion and shape adjustment in the dye solution. This dynamic operation mode avoids static stress accumulation, effectively preventing permanent creases, edge curling and fabric distortion. It realizes stable stretching and shaping effects, ensuring flat and smooth fabric surfaces after dyeing and improving finished product yield.

This high-speed dyeing system is built with a highly intelligent high-precision computer control system, supporting fully automatic dosing and quantitative feeding control. The matched high-efficiency water inlet and drainage system simplifies production procedures and saves manual operation costs. For further energy saving, users can optionally equip a supporting preparatory cylinder to realize heat energy recycling and reuse, effectively reducing steam and energy consumption and lowering long-term production costs for textile factories.

Different from ordinary fixed-speed dyeing machines, our system adopts high-performance variable frequency stepless speed regulation technology. It supports arbitrary speed adjustment in the full range, realizing precise matching between fabric running speed and technical process time. The accurate synchronous speed control avoids color difference, color streaks, surface wrinkles and other defects caused by speed mismatch, ensuring consistent and standardized dyeing quality for mass batch production.
