Description

The high temperature liquid flow dyeing machine adopts a gentle slope structure and is connected to a multi-purpose storage and distribution tank. Workflow

 

1. Fabric Loading: The fabric is loaded into the fabric tank in a rope-like form.

2. Circulation Start-up: The main pump drives the dye liquor to be drawn from the storage tank and heated by a heat exchanger.

3. High-Pressure Jetting and Penetration: The heated dye liquor penetrates the fabric at extremely high speed and pressure through a venturi tube or nozzle.

4. Continuous Circulation: After penetrating the fabric, the dye liquor flows back to the storage tank and circulates continuously. The fabric moves smoothly within the machine under the influence of the high-speed liquid flow, preventing knots or abrasions.

5. Temperature Control: The process temperature profile is precisely controlled through a heat exchanger (steam heating/cooling water cooling).

Depressurization and Discharge: After dyeing, the temperature is lowered, the pressure is released, and the waste liquid is discharged for subsequent washing.

Featuring an innovative gentle-slope structure and a versatile fabric storage tank, the machine maintains a liquor ratio of 1:5 to 1:6 (selected based on fabric variety and process specifications). This greatly reduces the usage of water, steam, and auxiliary chemicals, contributing to energy conservation and emission reduction.

3. Versatile Fabric Applicability for Dyeing

The overflow nozzle, with a working pressure of 0.5~1.0KG/cm², is perfect for elastic fabrics and textiles needing low-spray-pressure, low-tension dyeing. For high-density and ultra-fine fiber fabrics, the jet nozzle can provide a maximum pressure of 3KG/cm². Both nozzles incorporate a dual anti-rotation device for stable performance.

The unique single-barrel dual-dyeing tank design reduces fabric circulation duration in the dyeing tank and elevates dye circulation rate. It enables fast material loading, rapid dyeing processes, and efficient bidirectional unloading, which not only boosts production efficiency but also ensures excellent dyeing uniformity across fabrics.
