The rapid ht liquid flow dyeing machine is a newly developed, next-generation high-capacity dyeing equipment featuring a low liquor ratio, low energy consumption, low tension, and a two-way liquid flow secondary circulation dyeing system. It is extensively applied to both knitted and woven fabrics, as well as thin and heavy textiles. Boasting wide adaptability and excellent dyeing uniformity, it aims to dye the maximum amount of fabric using the minimum volume of water.

The main pump has a lower suction port, allowing self-cooling and lubrication, thus saving cooling water. A vertical heat exchanger instantly discharges condensed water from the dye liquor, shortening cold-hot conversion time and preventing scale formation.
