The high temperature high pressure liquid flow dyeing machine is a dyeing system characterized by a low liquor ratio, high performance, and high efficiency. Within the liquid-filled fabric guide tube, the fabric stays afloat without any friction against the inner wall of the tube. It operates at speeds ranging from 500 to 700 meters per minute, effectively minimizing the occurrence of fuzzing. Its unique wave-shaped inner net structure further lessens fabric friction, ensuring smoother operation and reducing water usage. The liquor ratio can be as low as 1:5 to 1:6, with the specific ratio determined by the fabric type and process requirements.

Working Principle

 

The fabric is loaded into the dyeing chamber and immersed in the dye liquor. Under controlled high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, the dye liquor is pumped through the system, creating a directional flow that circulates the fabric. As the fabric passes through the dye liquor, the dye molecules are absorbed by the fibers. The circulation of the dye liquor ensures that fresh, uniform dye concentrations are constantly in contact with the fabric, while the high temperature and pressure enhance the dye's ability to bind to the fibers. After dyeing is complete, the pressure is released, and the fabric undergoes rinsing and drying, completing the dyeing process.

Special Inner Mesh Plates and Tapered Tail Mesh

The unique arrangement of inner mesh holes separates fabric flow from dye liquor flow, supporting the low liquor ratio. A specialized tapered inner mesh ensures smooth fabric folding and rapid, balanced circulation.

Versatile Fabric Compatibility

Overflow nozzles operate at pressures between 0.5~1.0KG/cm², suitable for dyeing stretch fabrics and materials requiring low spray pressure and tension. Jet nozzles, with a maximum pressure of 3KG/cm² (incorporating dual anti-rotation devices), are ideal for high-density and ultra-fine fiber fabrics.

High Efficiency and Quality

The dual-barrel design shortens fabric circulation time in the dye tank and increases dye liquor circulation frequency. This enables fast fabric feeding, rapid dyeing, and quick two-way discharge, greatly enhancing production efficiency and ensuring uniform dyeing quality.
