The HT liquid flow dyeing machine is a dyeing system characterized by a low liquor ratio, high performance, and high efficiency. Within the liquid-filled fabric guide tube, the fabric stays in a suspended state, avoiding any friction with the inner wall of the tube. Its operating speed ranges from 300 to 500 meters per minute, which helps to reduce the occurrence of fuzzing. The unique "wave"-shaped inner net design lessens fabric friction, enabling smoother operation and lowering water usage. The liquor ratio can be as low as 1:6 to 1:8, with the specific ratio chosen based on the fabric type and process requirements.






Working Principle
The HT Liquid Flow Dyeing Machine operates by guiding fabric through a sealed, liquid-filled chamber (or fabric guide tube) where the dye solution circulates at high speed. The fabric is suspended, or "floated," in the flowing dye solution, minimizing friction with the machine's internal surfaces. High temperatures (typically 120–140°C) accelerate the diffusion of dye into the fiber, while the constant flow of liquid ensures even saturation of the fabric. This combination of heat and dynamic liquid movement achieves deep, even dyeing without damaging delicate fibers.
