Built on a high-temperature high-pressure cylindrical shell rated at 3 bar / 140 °C, it meets demanding polyester and blend dyeing requirements while keeping precise process control.
Working Principle
Open-width fabric runs alternately between the main rollers inside the high-temperature high-pressure cylindrical vessel, while the programmable control system executes the complete dyeing recipe - temperature, time, dosing and sampling.
An analog liquid level sensor enables immediate replenishment of dye liquor during process adjustments to ensure a precise liquor ratio. The inner and outer cylinders feature an automatic separation design: the inner cylinder remains stationary while the outer cylinder moves along dual guide rails for convenient fabric loading and unloading.
