Built with a high-pressure and high-temperature resistant cylinder, the unit operates at 3BAR and reaches temperatures up to 140℃. Dual φ150mm sight glasses on the operating side allow clear process observation, while a safety interlock system ensures reliable pressure vessel operation.
Sharing extended functional characteristics with conventional normal-temperature dyeing jiggers, the machine efficiently collects condensate at the cylinder base and discharges it via an automatic valve system for continuous, trouble-free running.
