The SGR nylon fabric jigger dyeing machine delivers outstanding performance for both small-batch production and large-capacity dyeing applications. It is available in four standard models with cloth roll diameters of φ680mm, φ800mm, φ1000mm, and φ1200mm to meet diverse production requirements.
Featuring a heavy-duty high-temperature and high-pressure cylinder body, this jigger dyeing machine operates at a working pressure of 3BAR and a maximum working temperature of 140℃. Two φ150mm observation windows are installed on the operation side for real-time process monitoring, and the pressure vessel is equipped with a safety interlock switch to ensure safe operation.
The nylon fabric jigger dyeing machine supports extended functions similar to normal temperature jigger dyeing machines. Condensed water is collected at the bottom of the cylinder and automatically discharged through a dedicated automatic valve system.
Working Principle
1. Loading: The fabric is wound onto one of the two main rollers (A or B).
2. Dyeing Cycle: The machine starts, and the moving roller unwinds the fabric. The fabric passes through the dye bath containing the dye solution and is then rewound onto the other roller.
3. Reversal: After the fabric has been completely transferred to the other roller, the machine automatically reverses its direction. The fabric passes through the dye bath again, ensuring uniform dye penetration.
4. Heating: During this process, the dye bath is heated (directly by steam or indirectly by a heat exchanger) to the required temperature (up to 135-140°C for high-temperature models) to open the nylon fibers, allowing dye molecules to diffuse and fix.
