The feed cylinder is equipped with a simulated liquid level gauge for real-time liquid replenishment and precise control of the liquor ratio. Automatic condensate drainage and a separate inner and outer cylinder design ensure stable operation-the inner cylinder is fixed, while the outer cylinder is driven by a linear gear reducer and moves smoothly along dual guide rails, improving dyeing efficiency and reliability.
