Description

The SGR168B hthp textile jigger machine combines small-batch and high-capacity production, offering superior performance. It provides four roller diameter options from φ350mm to φ1400mm to meet diverse production needs. The machine features a high-temperature, high-pressure outer cylinder design, operating at 3 BAR and reaching a maximum temperature of 140℃. It is equipped with dual φ150mm observation windows and safety switches to ensure safe operation. Its functionality rivals that of a normal-temperature dyeing machine, with an external high-efficiency heat exchanger enabling rapid heating and cooling. The feed cylinder is equipped with a simulated liquid level gauge for real-time liquid replenishment and precise control of the liquor ratio. Automatic condensate drainage and a separate inner and outer cylinder design ensure stable operation-the inner cylinder is fixed, while the outer cylinder is driven by a linear gear reducer and moves smoothly along dual guide rails, improving dyeing efficiency and reliability.
