The SGR168B high temperature high pressure textile jigger machine encompasses various specifications from small-batch sample machines to large-scale mass production machines, possessing excellent process adaptability. The main design models include four fabric roller diameters: φ350mm, φ900mm, φ1200mm, and φ1400mm. The outer cylinder of the equipment features a high-temperature, high-pressure structure, with an operating pressure reaching 3 BAR and a maximum operating temperature of 140℃. The operating side is equipped with two φ150mm observation windows and a safety switch for opening the pressure vessel. Similar in functional expansion to a normal-temperature dyeing machine, the high-temperature, high-pressure textile jigger machine is equipped with an external high-efficiency heat exchanger for rapid heating and cooling. The feed cylinder is equipped with a simulated liquid level measuring device, allowing for real-time replenishment of dye liquor according to process changes, ensuring an accurate liquor ratio. Condensate is collected at the bottom of the cylinder and discharged through an automatic valve. The inner and outer cylinders automatically separate; the inner cylinder is fixed, while the outer cylinder moves smoothly along double guide rails via a linear gear reducer.

Main Structural Components

 

  Dyeing Vat: Also known as a dye bath, located at the bottom of the equipment, it holds the dye liquor. The entire machine is made of stainless steel; parts in contact with the dye liquor typically use 316L stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance, while other parts use 304 stainless steel.

  Fabric Rollers: Two alternating forward and reverse fabric rollers are located at the top of the equipment. The fabric winds back and forth between the two rollers; each winding is called a "cycle".

  Sealed Vat Cover: This is a key component of the high-temperature, high-pressure dyeing machine. The cover completely seals the dye vat, forming a pressure vessel that allows internal temperatures exceeding 100°C (typically reaching 140°C). The cover design must comply with pressure vessel specifications to ensure production safety.

  Dye Liquor Circulation System: Includes a circulation pump, piping, and filters. This system ensures that the dye liquor maintains a uniform temperature and concentration within the sealed space, preventing uneven dyeing (such as color difference or uneven color distribution).

  Tension and speed control system: Modern equipment usually uses a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) in conjunction with a frequency converter to precisely control the speed of the two fabric rolls, maintain a constant linear speed and tension of the fabric, and prevent the fabric from stretching due to excessive tension or wrinkling due to insufficient tension.
