Operating at up to 3 BAR and 140°C, the high-pressure cylinder ensures reliable and consistent dyeing results. Safety is prioritized with two φ150mm viewing ports on the operator side and a safety interlock switch on the pressure vessel. It also includes advanced features comparable to normal temperature machines, along with an automatic condensate discharge valve at the cylinder base for hassle-free maintenance.

Operating Procedure
The fabric is wound between two main beams and repeatedly passed through the dyeing vat at the bottom in an open-width manner. Once one main beam is completely wound, the machine automatically reverses; the number of passes determines the dyeing depth. The HT model uses a fully enclosed pressure vessel to maintain temperature/pressure and forces the dye liquor to circulate, achieving precise temperature/pressure control.
