The SMD jigger dyeing machine for nylon fabric series is designed for small-batch, multi-variety production, with a product range extending from small-sample dyeing machines to large-capacity dyeing machines. The main series models are available in five specifications based on fabric roll diameter: Φ150mm, Φ600mm, Φ1200mm, Φ1400mm, and Φ1500mm. In terms of structural design, the outer shell features a sloping top, a self-closing door frame, and pneumatic opening and closing operated by dual lifting cylinders. The top cover heating chamber operates at a constant temperature, features a drip-proof design, and automatically stops heating when the door is opened. The dyeing tank heating system can be equipped with either direct steam or indirect steam options. The jigger dyeing machine for nylon fabric can also be equipped with an active fabric roll misalignment mechanism and an external heat exchanger; all process function modules can be configured as needed.
