The SMD ambient temperature textile Jigger machine covers models ranging from small samples to ultra-large capacities, specifically designed for small-batch, multi-variety dyeing processes. Mainstream models have fabric roller diameters including Φ150mm, Φ600mm, Φ1200mm, Φ1400mm, and Φ1500mm. The equipment features a sloping top body, a self-closing door frame, and a pneumatic opening and closing structure. It is equipped with dual lifting cylinders, and the top cover has room temperature heating and anti-drip functions, automatically stopping heating when the door is opened. The dyeing vat can be heated by direct or indirect steam. The ambient temperature model can be equipped with an active fabric roller misalignment function and an external heat exchanger, offering a variety of functions to suit different processes.

Main Structural Components
