SMD ambient temperature jigger dyeing machine , ranging from small sample dyeing jiggers to large-capacity industrial ones, is ideal for small-batch and multi-variety production. Its main models have cloth roll diameters of Φ150mm, Φ600mm, Φ1200mm, Φ1400mm, and Φ1500mm. The outer casing features a sloped top, self-closing door frame, pneumatic opening/closing system, two lifting cylinders, top cover heating at room temperature, and drip-proof design, with top heating automatically stopping when the door opens. Dye tank heating options include direct steam and indirect steam. The ambient temperature jigger dyeing machine can be equipped with active cloth roll staggering function and external heat exchanger, with various process-required functions available as options.
