Description

SMD normal temperature jigger, from small sample dye jiggers to large-capacity models, suit small-batch and multi-type production. Main models are designed with cloth roll diameters of Φ150mm, Φ600mm, Φ1200mm, Φ1400mm, and Φ1500mm. The outer shell has a sloped top, self-closing door frame, pneumatic opening and closing, two lifting cylinders, top cover heating at room temperature, and drip prevention. Top heating automatically ceases when the door opens. Dye tank heating methods include direct steam heating and indirect steam heating. The normal temperature jigger can be fitted with active cloth roll staggering function and external heat exchanger, with selectable functional features for various process needs.
