Description

SMD ambient temperature jigger, operating from small sample dye jiggers to large-capacity ones, are ideal for handling small batches and multiple varieties. Key models are designed with cloth roll diameters of Φ150mm, Φ600mm, Φ1200mm, Φ1400mm, and Φ1500mm. The outer shell features a sloped top, self-closing door frame, uses pneumatic for opening and closing, has two lifting cylinders, top cover heating at room temperature, and is drip-proof. Top heating automatically stops when the door is opened. Heating in the dye tank can be selected from either direct steam heating or indirect steam heating. The ambient temperature jigger can be outfitted with active cloth roll staggering function and external heat exchanger, with a range of functional requirements for processes available as choices.
