SMD atmospheric jigger dyeing machine, available in sizes from small sample units to large-capacity giants, work well for small batches and multiple varieties. Key models come with cloth roll diameters: Φ150mm, Φ600mm, Φ1200mm, Φ1400mm, and Φ1500mm. The exterior boasts a sloping top, self-closing door frame, pneumatic operation for opening/closing, two lifting cylinders, top cover heating at ambient temperature, and drip resistance. Top heating stops automatically when the door is opened. Dye tank heating can be chosen between direct steam and indirect steam. This normal temperature jigger can have active cloth roll staggering and external heat exchanger, with various functional options to meet process requirements.

Working Principle

The atmospheric jigger dyeing machine dyes fabrics under atmospheric pressure and is widely used for dyeing natural fibers such as cotton, linen, and silk. Its operating principle is as follows:

Fabric Winding

Fabric is wound from one main drum to another, becoming impregnated with dye as it passes through the dye bath.

Circular Dyeing

Fabric repeatedly passes between the two drums, undergoing multiple cycles to ensure uniform dye penetration into the fabric fibers.

Atmospheric Pressure Dyeing

The machine's internal heating system ensures the dyeing process is carried out under atmospheric pressure, typically within a temperature range of room temperature to 98°C.

Temperature Control

Using feedback from a temperature sensor, the heating system precisely controls the dye bath temperature, ensuring a stable dyeing process.
