Product Features

 

1. The beam dyeing machine for nylon fabric features an integrated cylindrical container design and is equipped with a high-efficiency shell-and-tube heat exchanger.

2. It employs a high-efficiency radial pump to achieve internal to external liquid circulation. The equipment can flexibly adapt to variations in fabric roll diameter and width.

3. The temperature control range is 0–140℃, and the design pressure capacity reaches 5.2 bar. In terms of heating performance, the average rate of heating from 25℃ to 130℃ is 4.5℃/min (based on 7 bar dry saturated steam pressure); in terms of cooling performance, the average rate of cooling from 130℃ to 80℃ is 3℃/min (based on 3 bar, 25℃ cooling water).

4. The beam dyeing machine for nylon fabric can operate in a low liquor ratio range of 1:3 to 1:6.

Precautions

 

1. Main pump power: Must match the fabric roll diameter and density. Insufficient power will result in uneven dyeing or gradient colors.

2. Sealing: The dyeing vat must be sealed under high pressure to prevent leakage.

3. Circulation cycle: Forward circulation time is usually longer than reverse circulation. Loose fabrics can use only forward circulation.

4. Cooling control: After dyeing, the temperature must be gradually reduced to below 90°C before venting steam and draining the liquid to prevent the fabric from becoming stiff and hard.
