Product Features

 

Included are a complete cylinder container structure, a high-efficiency shell-and-tube heat exchanger, and a high-efficiency warp main pump that circulates liquid from inside to outside. It adapts to variable cloth winding diameters and widths, with temperature control spanning 0-140℃ and a design pressure of 5.2bar. The heating rate from 25℃ to 130℃ averages 4.5℃ per minute (using 7bar dry saturated steam), while cooling from 130℃ to 80℃ averages 3℃ per minute (with 3bar, 25℃ cooling water). It operates at a low liquor ratio of approximately 1:3 to 1:6.

How it works

 

Fabric is tightly wound onto a perforated beam, which is then loaded into the machine's sealed, pressure-resistant cylinder. Dye liquor is pumped through the beam, flowing from the interior to the exterior of the fabric roll. Under high temperature and pressure, dye molecules are efficiently absorbed by the fibers, with the heat exchanger maintaining stable temperature levels throughout the cycle. After the dyeing process, the system cools rapidly, and excess dye is rinsed away, resulting in uniformly dyed fabric with excellent color fastness.

 

 

Maintenance and Precautions

 

1.Regularly clean the nozzle (to prevent clogging), check the high-pressure pump for leaks, and calibrate the temperature control system.

2.Pre-treat the fabric (e.g., scouring and bleaching) to prevent impurities from affecting the dyeing results.

3.Strictly follow safety regulations during operation (e.g., high-pressure pump protection and electrical equipment grounding).
