This versatile equipment is specifically engineered to meet the rigorous demands of high-end dyeing applications for various premium fabric types.
Working Principle
1.Fabric is wound onto a perforated beam and loaded into a sealed pressure vessel.
2.Dye liquor is circulated through the fabric roll under controlled temperatures (110–140°C) and pressures (3–6 bar).
3.The high-temperature/high-pressure (HT/HP) environment allows synthetic fibers (especially polyester) to absorb disperse dyes efficiently.
4.After dyeing, the system is cooled and depressurized, and the fabric is unloaded for post-treatment.
Product Features
High temperature high pressure beam dyeing machine boasts a full cylinder container structure design, an efficient shell-and-tube heat exchanger, and a high-performance warp main pump for liquid circulation from inside to outside. It accommodates flexibly changing cloth winding diameters and widths, offering a temperature control range of 0-140℃ and a design pressure of 5.2bar. When heating from 25℃ to 130℃, the average rate is 4.5℃/min (based on 7bar dry saturated steam pressure), and the cooling rate from 130℃ to 80℃ averages 3℃/min (based on 3bar, 25℃ cooling water). Its liquor ratio is low, ranging from about 1:3 to 1:6.
