Working Principle
Fabric Loading
Fabric is wound evenly onto the perforated beam.

Sealing
The beam is placed in the pressure vessel, and the system is sealed.

Dye Circulation
Dye liquor is pumped through the fabric at high temperatures (110–140°C) under pressure.

Rinsing & Cooling
After dyeing, the fabric is rinsed, and the system is depressurized.

Unloading
Dyed fabric is removed for post-processing (washing, drying).

Product Features
ht beam dyeing machine features a complete cylinder container structure design, a high-efficiency shell-and-tube heat exchanger, and a high-efficiency warp main pump that enables liquid circulation from the inside out. ht beam dyeing machine can be flexibly variable cloth winding diameters and widths, with a temperature control range of 0-140℃ and a design pressure of 5.2bar. The heating rate from 25℃ to 130℃ averages 4.5℃ per minute (based on dry saturated steam pressure of 7bar), while the cooling rate from 130℃ to 80℃ averages 3℃ per minute (based on cooling water at 3bar and 25℃). It operates with a low liquor ratio in the range of approximately 1:3 to 1:6.
