Working Principle

 

The Eco Friendly overflow Dyeing Machine sprays dye liquor onto fabric through a nozzle, allowing the fabric to fully absorb the dye under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, achieving uniform dyeing. The machine operates as follows:

Fabric Transport

The fabric circulates within the dye vat via the nozzle and fabric guide tube.

Low Liquor Ratio Design

The dye liquor volume is significantly reduced, typically with a liquor ratio of 1:3.5 to 1:6.

High-Temperature and High-Pressure Dyeing

The machine's internal heating system ensures the dyeing process is carried out under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, typically ranging from 120°C to 140°C.

Overflow Design

The overflow nozzle and fabric guide wheel work together to allow the fabric to float naturally in the dye liquor, preventing damage.

Suitable for dyeing a wide range of fabrics

Using overflow nozzles, the pressure is between 0.5~1.0KG/cm², suitable for dyeing stretch fabrics and fabrics that require low spray pressure and low tension dyeing. Using jet nozzles, the maximum pressure can reach 3KG/cm², suitable for dyeing high-density and ultra-fine fiber fabrics. (Using double anti-rotation device nozzles)

High efficiency and high quality

The single barrel double dyeing tank design shortens the circulation time of the cloth in the dyeing tank and increases the circulation frequency of the dyeing liquid. It can achieve fast cloth feeding, fast dyeing, and fast two-way cloth output, greatly improving production efficiency and uniform dyeing quality of cloth.
