Rapid ht overflow dyeing machine is a new generation of innovatively developed high-capacity dyeing machine with low liquid ratio, low energy consumption, low tension, two-way liquid flow secondary circulation dyeing. It is widely used in knitted and woven fabrics, thin and heavy fabrics, with the advantages of wide adaptability and good uniform dyeing, in order to dye the most fabrics with the least water.

Precise control
Intelligent dyeing, fully automatic control, efficient definition of water washing, high reproducibility. Linear fast temperature control technology, reducing yin and yang colors. Hair removal automatically collects and accumulates, and automatically discharges broken hair to ensure that the nozzle does not drop the spray pressure.

Energy saving and environmental protection
The main pump suction port is lower, self-cooling and lubricating, and energy-saving cooling water. Vertical heat exchanger, instant discharge of condensed water dyeing liquid, shortening the cold and hot conversion, and avoiding scale formation.
