The Silk fabirc jigger dyeing machine adopts a sloping top structure with a self-closing door frame and pneumatic opening and closing system, supported by two lifting cylinders. The top cover is equipped with a heating chamber to maintain ambient temperature and prevent dripping. For enhanced safety, the top heating function automatically stops when the door is opened.
The dyeing tank supports two heating options: direct steam heating and indirect steam heating. Normal temperature jiggers can be equipped with an active cloth roll roller staggering function and an external heat exchanger. Custom functional configurations are available to meet diverse process demands.
Working Principle
