This SMD series room temperature textile Jigger machine covers a full range from small-scale sampling machines to large-scale mass production models, perfectly adapting to the flexible production mode of "small batch, multiple varieties". The main body of the equipment is available in various specifications according to the diameter of the fabric roll, including Φ150mm (sample), Φ600mm, Φ1200mm, Φ1400mm, and Φ1500mm. Structurally, the machine body adopts a sloping top structure and is equipped with a self-locking door frame, which is opened and closed via a pneumatic device, and the lifting operation is performed by dual cylinders. The top cover is designed with a heating and insulation function, which only activates when the door is closed to maintain a normal temperature and prevent condensation from dripping. Heating automatically stops when the door is opened, ensuring safety and cleanliness. The dye liquor can be heated by direct steam or indirect steam. Furthermore, the standard temperature model can be equipped with an active arrangement function and an external heat exchanger to fully meet various functional requirements of the process.

Working Principle
The core of the equipment lies in two parallel fabric winding rollers. The fabric is unwound from one roller, passes through the dye bath below, and then wound onto the other roller. When the first roll is complete, the motor reverses, and the process proceeds in reverse. The fabric achieves dye adsorption and fixation during the alternating winding process.
