Our SMD Normal Temperature Jig Dyeing Machine span a full spectrum from small sample units to large-capacity industrial models, making them ideal for small-batch, multi-variety dyeing operations. Available in a range of configurations, these machines feature cloth roll diameters of Φ150mm, Φ600mm, Φ1200mm, Φ1400mm, and Φ1500mm. The outer casing is engineered with a sloped top and a self-closing door frame operated by pneumatic controls and dual lifting cylinders. The top cover is equipped with temperature-regulated heating that is drip-proof and automatically shuts off when the door is opened. For the dye tank, users can opt for either direct or indirect steam heating. Additionally, the ambient temperature jigger can be fitted with an active cloth roll staggering mechanism and an external heat exchanger, with customizable options to meet diverse process requirements.

Core Working Principle
The equipment consists of two main rollers, a dyeing tank, a tension control system, a transmission system, and a temperature control system. The fabric enters the dyeing tank via a guide device and, driven by the alternating forward and reverse rotation of the two main rollers, repeatedly passes through the dye liquor in a flat state. Simultaneously, frequency conversion control maintains constant linear speed and tension to ensure dyeing uniformity. The dye liquor circulation system ensures consistent temperature and concentration of the dye liquor within the tank, improving dyeing quality.
