SMD room temperature jig dyeing machine are available in sizes ranging from compact sample dye jiggers to high-capacity industrial units, perfectly suited for small-batch production with multiple product varieties. Key models are manufactured with cloth roll diameters of Φ150mm, Φ600mm, Φ1200mm, Φ1400mm, and Φ1500mm to accommodate different production needs. The machine's exterior is designed with a sloped top structure and a self-locking door frame, which is pneumatically opened and closed via two lifting cylinders. The top cover heating system maintains a stable temperature, prevents liquid dripping, and includes a safety feature that halts heating automatically upon door opening. Two heating options are offered for the dye tank: direct steam heating and indirect steam heating. The ambient temperature model can also be equipped with an active cloth roll roller staggering function and an external heat exchanger, supporting the integration of various functional modules as per process demands.

2. Rotary Staining Rack: A rotating device that can accommodate multiple staining cups; the speed is adjustable.

4. Temperature Control System: A high-precision PID temperature controller to ensure uniform and stable temperature within the bath.
