SMDN normal temperature textile jigger machines cover a full range of specifications from small sample machines to ultra-large capacity machines, perfectly adapting to the production needs of small batches and multi-variety products. Core models are available in five sizes based on fabric roll diameter: Φ150mm, Φ600mm, Φ1200mm, Φ1400mm, and Φ1500mm. The machine adopts a sloping top shell structure and is equipped with a self-sealing door frame and a dual-cylinder pneumatic opening and closing system. The top heating chamber has a constant temperature and anti-drip function, and automatically shuts off the heat when the door is opened. The dyeing tank heating supports both direct evaporation and indirect evaporation modes. The normal temperature model is also equipped with an active fabric roll misalignment roller and an external heat exchanger. All process function modules can be configured as needed.
