For small-batch, multi-variety dyeing needs, the SMD jigger dyeing machine for linen fabric offers a complete solution from small prototypes to large-capacity machines, covering five fabric roll diameter levels from Φ150mm to Φ1500mm. The equipment features a sloping roof structure with automatic door closing and pneumatic door opening and closing via dual lifting cylinders. The top heating chamber maintains a constant temperature, is leak-proof, and automatically shuts off heating upon door opening to ensure operational safety. The dyeing tank supports both direct and indirect steam heating modes. Furthermore, the standard temperature model can be equipped with an active fabric roll offset device and an external heat exchanger to meet various customized process requirements.
