The SMD jigger dyeing machine for cotton fabric series encompasses a full range of products, from small-scale sample dyeing machines to large-capacity dyeing machines, perfectly adapting to the needs of small-batch, multi-variety production. The core models in this series are available in five specifications based on fabric roll diameter: Φ150mm, Φ600mm, Φ1200mm, Φ1400mm, and Φ1500mm. The equipment features a sloping roof design, equipped with a self-closing door frame and a pneumatic opening and closing system driven by two lifting cylinders. The top heating chamber has a constant temperature function and an anti-drip design; the top heating automatically stops when the door is opened to ensure safety. The dyeing tank can be heated by direct or indirect steam. The ambient temperature dyeing machine can also be equipped with an active fabric roll misalignment function and an external heat exchanger; various process functions can be configured as needed.

Workflow
The fabric unfolds from the feed roller and is immersed in the dye bath via the guide roller.

After the dye solution evenly penetrates the fabric, it is wound onto the take-up roller.

After one roll is completed, the fabric automatically reverses direction, repeating the above process.

Through multiple reciprocating cycles, the dye is ensured to fully penetrate and fix the color.

After completion, the fabric undergoes washing and dehydration treatment.

Feature
Control Panel: The equipment is equipped with a touchscreen computer with a simple and intuitive interface. Operators can monitor the real-time operating status of each process and the current working mode through the display screen. The system automatically executes the work process according to the pre-set program.
Drive Unit: Utilizing vector control drive technology, it achieves precise control of the fabric's running speed; simultaneously, it employs a non-blocking dynamic torque control method to ensure that the tension remains uniform and constant throughout the entire process.
Precautions
1. Unsuitable fabrics: Knitted fabrics, wool fabrics, and overly delicate fabrics (tension may cause deformation).
2. Production characteristics: Suitable for small-batch, multi-variety production; large-batch continuous production has relatively low efficiency.
3. Risk of mechanical damage: The condition of the guide rollers and fabric winding rollers needs to be checked regularly to avoid fabric abrasion.
