The SGR high temperature high pressure jig dyeing machine offers exceptional performance across a full range of configurations, from small-batch units to large-capacity systems. It is available in four primary specifications, defined by cloth roll diameters of φ350mm, φ900mm, φ1200mm, and φ1400mm. Housed in a robust high-temperature high-pressure cylinder, the machine operates at a pressure rating of 3BAR and can reach a maximum working temperature of 140℃. The operator side is fitted with two φ150mm observation windows, and a dedicated safety switch is installed to ensure safe operation when accessing the pressure vessel. This model boasts extended functionality comparable to that of conventional normal-temperature dyeing machines. Equipped with an external high-efficiency heat exchanger, it enables rapid heating and cooling cycles. The feed cylinder integrates a simulated liquid level monitoring system, which allows for instant replenishment of dye liquor during process adjustments, thus maintaining precise bath ratios at all times. Condensed water collects at the bottom of the cylinder and is discharged automatically via a dedicated valve. For enhanced usability, the inner and outer cylinders feature an automatic separation design: the inner cylinder remains fixed in position, while the outer cylinder is driven by the reducer's linear gear and moves smoothly along dual guide rails.

Working Principle

 

The equipment is equipped with two reciprocating fabric winding rollers (Rolls A and B), driven by an AC motor with variable frequency drive, allowing the fabric to move in the dyeing tank at a constant tension and linear speed. The control system calculates parameters such as fabric thickness, roll diameter changes, and weight changes in real time, dynamically adjusting the rotation speed to ensure wrinkle-free operation and even dyeing effect. The dye liquor achieves uniform circulation and temperature control through a circulating pump and built-in filter.
