The SGR168B polyester fabric jigger dyeing machine delivers outstanding performance for both small-batch and large-capacity dyeing production. It is available in four main models with cloth roll diameters of φ350mm, φ900mm, φ1200mm, and φ1400mm to meet diverse production requirements.
Featuring a heavy-duty high-temperature and high-pressure cylinder body, the machine operates at a working pressure of 3BAR and a maximum working temperature of 140℃. Two φ150mm observation windows are installed on the operation side for real-time process monitoring, while a safety interlock switch ensures secure operation when opening the pressure vessel.
The polyester fabric jigger dyeing machine with extended functions similar to normal temperature jigger dyeing machines, the unit uses an external high-efficiency heat exchanger for fast and stable heating and cooling. A simulated liquid level measuring device is fitted on the feeding cylinder to automatically replenish dye liquor during process adjustments, maintaining an accurate and consistent bath ratio. Condensed water is collected at the cylinder bottom and discharged automatically via a control valve.
The inner cylinder and outer cylinder feature automatic separation. The inner cylinder remains fixed in position, while the outer cylinder is driven by a reducer with linear gears and moves smoothly along double guide rails.

Structural Components
Pressure Vessel Body
Made of high-strength low-alloy steel plate or stainless steel (SUS304/316), possessing excellent pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. The equipment is equipped with a sealed cylinder head to ensure stability in high-temperature and high-pressure working environments.
Fabric Winding Roller System
Includes two active fabric winding rollers, front and rear, employing a precision transmission mechanism to achieve alternating fabric winding. The main roller surface undergoes special treatment to ensure smooth fabric movement.
Dye liquor circulation system
Equipped with a circulation pump and filtration device to maintain the uniformity of dye liquor temperature and concentration and prevent pipeline blockage. An external heat exchanger achieves efficient heating.
Control System
A fully automatic control system based on PLC and a touch screen enables precise control of temperature, tension, and speed.
Working Principle
The dyeing process of polyester fabric in a high-temperature, high-pressure dyeing machine is as follows:
1. Fabric Loading: The polyester fabric is joined end-to-end to form a loop and wound onto a winding roller on one side.
2. Circulating Dyeing: The active winding roller pulls the fabric through the dye bath and onto a winding roller on the other side. When the fabric is about to pass through completely, the equipment automatically reverses direction, and the fabric runs in the opposite direction. This cycle repeats continuously.
3. High-Temperature, High-Pressure Dyeing: During the dyeing process, the dye bath is heated to approximately 135-140℃ by steam, and the pressure increases accordingly. The high-temperature, high-pressure environment allows the disperse dye to fully penetrate into the interior of the polyester fibers, achieving dye uptake and fixation.
4. Process Control: The PLC control system automatically monitors and adjusts parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, tension, and number of reversals to ensure dyeing uniformity.

It features real-time direct fabric tension and line speed detection with closed-loop control, and is equipped with a user-friendly touch screen HMI for intuitive operation.
It supports fully automatic functions including temperature control, turning, lane recording, reversing, parking and fabric handling. The integrated dye liquor circulation system maintains uniform temperature and dye distribution, with a built-in filter to avoid pipeline clogging.
Pneumatic control is applied to the drain valve, exhaust chimney and cloth discharge cross arm. Key components are imported for stable and reliable performance. The machine supports fully automatic process control with multiple programmable process combinations. The hood opens flexibly, and the cylinder slides smoothly on the guide rail. Additional accessories such as top cover lighting and fault alarm lights ensure safe operation and easy maintenance.
