The Low Liquor Ratio liquid flow Dyeing Machine is a dyeing system featuring a low liquor ratio, high speed, and high efficiency. Inside the liquid-filled fabric guide tube, the fabric stays in a floating condition without any friction against the inner wall of the tube. It operates at a speed of 300-500 meters per minute, which helps to minimize fuzzing. The unique "wave"-shaped inner net structure lessens the friction on the fabric, enabling smoother operation and reducing water usage. With an optimized slide tail design, the liquor ratio can be as low as 1:5~6, and the specific ratio is chosen based on the fabric type and process requirements.
