The L-shaped Eco Friendly liquid flow Dyeing Machine consists of three fabric storage tanks with different functions connected together. This structural design combines the advantages of the O-shaped dyeing tank (small liquid ratio) and the L-shaped dyeing tank (wide range of applicable fabrics). It addresses the drawbacks of the O-shaped dyeing tank (narrow range of applicable fabrics) and the L-shaped dyeing tank (high water consumption).

The single barrel has a large diameter of Φ1108 and built-in double cloth storage tanks. The double-nozzle design can significantly increase cloth capacity and production capacity, enabling a quick return on investment.

The new wave plate downhill-type cloth storage tank design achieves a liquid ratio of 1:5~1:6, greatly reducing water, steam, and auxiliary agent usage.

Suitable for Dyeing a Wide Range of Fabrics
Overflow nozzles, with pressure between 0.5~1.0KG/cm², are suitable for dyeing stretch fabrics and fabrics requiring low spray pressure and low-tension dyeing.
Jet nozzles, with a maximum pressure of 3KG/cm², are suitable for dyeing high-density and ultra-fine fiber fabrics (equipped with double anti-rotation device nozzles).

High Efficiency and High Quality
The single-barrel, double-dyeing-tank design shortens the fabric circulation time in the dyeing tank and increases the dye liquor circulation frequency. It enables fast cloth feeding, fast dyeing, and fast two-way cloth output, significantly improving production efficiency and ensuring uniform dyeing quality of the fabric.
