Within the liquid-filled fabric guide tube, the fabric stays in a floating state, with no friction against the inner wall of the tube. It operates at a speed of 300-500 meters per minute, which helps to reduce fuzzing. The special "wave"-shaped inner net structure lowers the friction on the fabric, enabling smoother operation and reducing water consumption. The liquor ratio can be as low as 1:6~8, with the specific ratio selected based on the fabric type and process requirements.
