Core Structural Configuration

 

1. Gas-Liquid Composite Nozzle: Dual-stage nozzle design ensures precise airflow and liquid flow ratio, achieving fabric suspension and uniform dyeing.

2. Fabric Spreading and Guiding System: Teflon filter grid + spreading roller ensures flat fabric movement, eliminating creases and tangling.

3. High-Temperature and High-Pressure Cylinder: Double-layer jacketed structure, steam heating/cooling water cooling, pressure-resistant and corrosion-resistant, suitable for long-term continuous operation.

4. Intelligent Control System: PLC + industrial touch screen, supporting process formula storage (≥1000 sets), real-time data acquisition (temperature/pressure/fabric speed/dye liquor concentration), fault alarm and traceability.

5. Circulation and Filtration System: High-flow-rate high-pressure pump + precision filter ensures stable dye liquor circulation, intercepts impurities, and reduces color spot defects.

 

 

Working principle

 

1. The fabric enters the dyeing tank through the fabric feeding system. Driven by a high-speed airflow from a gas-liquid composite nozzle mixed with the dye liquor, the fabric circulates along the guide tube.

2. Under high temperature and pressure, dye molecules rapidly diffuse and penetrate into the fiber interior. Combined with a uniform feeding system and dynamic circulation filtration, this ensures uniform dye liquor concentration and no impurities.

3. The entire process is regulated in real-time by an intelligent temperature and pressure control system. The heating, holding, and cooling curves are precisely controllable. After dyeing, the process is completed through draining, washing, and dehydration, forming a closed-loop process.
