Our high temperature high pressure liquid flow dyeing machine for woven fabric is an upgraded professional textile dyeing equipment built for high-yield, energy-saving, and defect-free fabric dyeing. Featuring a full floating fabric transmission design, the fabric suspends completely inside the liquid-filled fabric guide tube without any friction against the inner tube wall. With an ultra-high running speed ranging from 500m/min to 700m/min, the machine effectively eliminates fabric fuzzing, surface abrasion, and hairiness issues that commonly occur in traditional high-speed dyeing processes.

Equipped with a unique wave-type inner net structure, the system minimizes fabric resistance and ensures ultra-smooth continuous operation while greatly reducing water consumption. It supports an ultra-low liquid ratio of 1:5 to 1:6, adjustable according to different fabric types and technical process requirements, delivering outstanding high-efficiency and water-saving performance for modern textile production lines.

Working Principle

 

After being lifted by the fabric lifting reel, the fabric is entrained by the rapidly circulating dye liquor and propelled through a nozzle into the dye vat (or fabric guide tube). Driven by the liquor flow, the fabric accumulates in an orderly manner and moves slowly in a rope-like form within the vat, circulating repeatedly to complete the dyeing process. The relative movement between the liquor flow and the fabric ensures uniform dye penetration into and onto the fibers
