I. Listen to the sound: Assess the machine's operating status.
Normal: The motor and transmission components run smoothly without abnormal noise.
Abnormal: Abnormal noise will be emitted when bearings are lacking lubrication, gears are worn, or parts are loose.
II. Observe the appearance and movement: Check the physical condition.
Smooth operation: No violent vibration or swaying.
Good lubrication: Sufficient oil in the gearbox, bearings, and other lubrication points, with no leaks.
Intact structure: Major load-bearing components are not loose or cracked, and the machine base is stable.
III. Measure parameters: Verify performance indicators.
Consistent speed: Machines of the same specifications should have basically consistent fabric winding speeds under the same conditions.
Current matching: For machines with an ammeter, the current intensity should match the load.
Full load fabric winding amount: Within the specified rope capacity range.
IV. Check records: Trace history and maintenance.
Maintenance records: Complete records of regular maintenance (such as lubrication and tightening).
Fault Record: Historical faults were handled promptly and did not recur.
V. Dyeing Effect: Final Quality Inspection
Color Difference Control: Minimal color difference between the beginning and end, and between the edges and center; no overlapping marks, uneven shades, or other defects.
Fabric Quality: No wrinkles, weft skew, or loose board marks.
