This high temperature jet dyeing machine features a single tube with a Φ 1108 diameter, paired with built-in dual storage slots and a dual-nozzle design. These components work together to dramatically enhance fabric holding capacity and processing efficiency, ensuring investors enjoy a speedy return.

2. Energy & Resource-Saving Low Liquor Ratio (1:5–1:6)

Thanks to its new gentle-slope structure and multi-functional fabric storage tank, the machine achieves a liquor ratio of 1:5 to 1:6 (customized according to fabric type and process requirements). This results in a marked reduction in water, steam, and additive consumption, aligning with energy-saving and emission-reduction goals.

3. Wide Range of Suitable Fabrics for Dyeing Processes

Two nozzle types are available: the overflow nozzle (0.5~1.0KG/cm² working pressure) is designed for elastic fabrics and those requiring low-pressure, low-tension dyeing conditions; the jet nozzle, which can hit a maximum pressure of 3KG/cm², is suited for dyeing all kinds of high-density and ultra-fine fiber fabrics. Both nozzles come with a dual anti-rotation device.

4. High Efficiency & Consistent Dyeing Quality

By adopting a single-barrel dual-dyeing tank structure, the machine shortens fabric circulation time within the tank and increases dye circulation frequency. It supports fast feeding, rapid dyeing, and quick bidirectional discharge, leading to substantial improvements in production efficiency and the achievement of uniformly dyed fabrics.
