Working principle
Fabrics are loaded into a sealed dyeing chamber. Under controlled high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, the equipment generates high-speed airflow, which carries atomized dye liquid through the chamber and simultaneously moves the fabric in a continuous circuit. The atomized dye particles evenly coat the fabric surface, while the high temperature and pressure promote the penetration of dye molecules deep into the fiber structure. At the end of the dyeing cycle, the system releases pressure, and the fabric is rinsed (typically using a 360° high-efficiency water wash to remove residual dye) and dried, completing the dyeing process.
