Operational Principle
The rapid ht jet dyeing machine operates at high temperatures (typically 120–140°C) to enhance dye solubility and fiber penetration. A high-pressure jet system propels the dye liquor at high speed, creating a dynamic flow that circulates the fabric within the dye vat. This jet-driven motion minimizes friction and tension on the fabric, protecting delicate fabrics while ensuring full contact with the dye. With rapid heating/cooling capabilities and automated process management, the machine accelerates the dyeing, rinsing, and discharge stages, achieving consistent, high-quality dyeing results on a large scale.

Linear fast temperature control technology minimizes yin-yang color issues. Lint is automatically collected and accumulated, while broken hairs are discharged automatically to keep the nozzle's spray pressure stable.
Energy Saving and Environmental Protection
The main pump's lower suction port enables self-cooling and lubrication, reducing cooling water usage. A vertical heat exchanger promptly discharges condensed water from the dye liquor, shortening cold-hot transition periods and avoiding scale buildup.
