Description

Characterized by a low liquor ratio, high speed, and high efficiency, the Low Liquor Ratio jet Dyeing Machine is an advanced dyeing system. The fabric within the liquid-filled fabric guide tube is in a buoyant state, avoiding friction with the tube's inner wall. Its running speed reaches 300-500m/min, which lowers the occurrence of fuzzing. A special "wave"-type inner net structure reduces friction against the fabric, making the operation more stable and cutting down on water consumption. The slide tail design has been optimized, allowing the liquor ratio to be as low as 1:5~6 (selected according to the fabric type and process needs).

Characterized by an upward-traveling type, an external cloth guide tube and a slide design, it is applicable for dyeing a variety of high-end knitted fabrics with a weight range of 50g/m - 600g/m.

Ultra-low liquor ratio

It offers an ultra-low liquor ratio of 1:5 - 1:6 and a sloped bath tank, satisfying the liquor ratio needs of high-liquid-volume processes. The fabric advances in an N-shape, without rope-like curling creases, and runs at high speed under low tension, improving dyeing evenness.

Ultra-large capacity

Possessing an ultra-large capacity, it has low spray pressure and high liquid volume circulation. Fabrics are in a relaxed state and stacked while moving forward, with no linting, yarn splitting or scratching.

Low energy consumption

It consumes less energy, saving on water, electricity, steam additives and cutting costs by around 30% in comparison to the old-generation product models. Moreover, its capacity can be raised by roughly 30%.
