Working Principle
The Eco Friendly jet Dyeing Machine utilizes a high-speed jet of dye liquor to propel fabric into the dyeing chamber, with key improvements designed to enhance sustainability. It uses overflow nozzles with a pressure ranging from 0.5~1.0KG/cm², which is suitable for dyeing stretch fabrics and those requiring low spray pressure and low-tension dyeing. When using jet nozzles, the maximum pressure can reach 3KG/cm², making it suitable for dyeing high-density and ultra-fine fiber fabrics (equipped with double anti-rotation device nozzles).

The single-barrel double-dyeing tank design shortens the circulation time of the cloth in the dyeing tank and increases the circulation frequency of the dye liquor. It can realize fast cloth feeding, fast dyeing, and fast two-way cloth output, greatly improving production efficiency and ensuring uniform dyeing quality of the cloth.
