The fabric inside the liquid-containing fabric guide tube remains in a floating condition, avoiding contact and friction with the tube's inner surface. With an operating speed of 500–700m/min, it significantly reduces fuzzing. The machine's distinctive wave-patterned inner net design decreases fabric friction, allowing for more stable operation and lower water consumption. Depending on the fabric type and process specifications, the liquor ratio can be as low as 1:5 to 1:6.
How it works
The fabric is loaded into a sealed dyeing chamber, and then the dye solution is introduced. Under controlled high temperature and pressure, a jet system ejects the dye solution at high speed through a specially designed nozzle, creating a powerful airflow that continuously pulls and circulates the fabric. As the fabric passes through the turbulent dye solution, the dye molecules are effectively absorbed by the fibers, and the high temperature and pressure enhance their activity. At the end of the dyeing cycle, the pressure is released, and the fabric is rinsed and dried, completing the dyeing process.
